We provide a broad range of IT and technical support to small, medium and large businesses across West London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire. Our working method and style enable us to work closely with your business so that we can make IT one less thing for you to worry about.

We offer in-person and remote support for all aspects of a modern businesses technical needs. Beyond day-to-day support, we’re always happy to help out with consultancy on technical decisions your business might be making, such as the rollout of a new application you’re considering implementing, developing a disaster recovery plan or reviewing your Cyber Security.

We’re also well versed (sadly) in assisting new clients in getting out of sticky situations such as a ransomware infection, security compromise, disaster recovery planning or data recovery, so if you’re in a pickle, get in touch!

Whether you have a few staff in a single office, a big team across multiple locations, or perhaps a workforce that operate entirely from home or on the road, Redzest can provide the tech support you need. We don’t lock clients in to long contracts, because we don’t need to, our clients stay with us because they want to, not because they’re forced to! We’re all about building a relationship around trust, as what’s really the point if there isn’t any!

Our standard support hours are from 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, these of course can be extended for businesses that require extended support.
